Each piece of my jewelry is handmade and may therefore contain “natural” imperfections. These are distinguishing characteristics of the product and are not considered to be defects.
I inspect each unit of merchandise prior to shipping; however, if items are found to be damaged in transportation, we will replace those items free of charge. Batiz Jewelry provides a 10-day, no-questions-asked, on all products and services purchased of equal or higher value items, except special or customized order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. All items listed as “ALL SALES FINAL” will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. Actual shipping charges paid by Batiz Jewelry will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you. Return the merchandise to us within 10 days of your original receipt of the order.
* The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
* You must include all packaging materials.
* You must pay any return shipping expense.
* Display the SKU # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. We will not accept any returns after 10 days.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 10 days of original delivery, we will issue a store credit. You may choose to use your store credit for the returned item for purchase of another item at a later date.
